Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative and Driver Guide. If you wish to change money into the local currency it would be advisable if you do it while at the airport. You will then be transferred to your city hotel. Overnight at Eka Hotel (Bed & Breakfast)

 

Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast your driver guide will pick you latest 7.30 am and depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve driving along the floor of the Rift Valley. You will take a brief stop at Kijabe viewpoint for a few shots of this amazing natural phenomenon. Proceed on via the towns Mai Mahiu and further on past Narok town to arrive at Sarova Mara in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives in Masai Mara Game Reserve as per your convenience. Masai Mara Game Reserve is one of the best National Reserves in Africa and offers superb game viewing opportunities throughout the year. Meals and overnight at Sarova Mara (Full Board Basis)

 

Day 3-8: Full days in the Masai Mara Game Reserve

Full days in the Masai Mara Game Reserve with unlimited game drives thus your driver / guide will organize packed breakfast or lunch if you like. You could also enjoy just a morning and afternoon game drive if you prefer or simply go out for a longer morning game drive or even a full day game drive as explained above. Meaning dotted plains in the Masai language, Mara is a vast area with scattered pockets of acacia woodland inhabiting a wide variety of fauna. The Mara is also the staging ground for the great Migration, one of the most awe-inspiring natural events in the world. Meals and overnight at Sarova Mara (Full Board Basis)

 

Day 9: Masai Mara – Nairobi

Last early morning game drive to further explore this Reserve, best described as the ‘jewel in the crown’ of Kenya’s wildlife reserves. The magnificent Reserve also offers various activities such as the hot air balloon ride at an extra cost to have the aerial view of the reserve. Other activities such as guided walks, visits to the Masai village are also available. Depart after breakfast with packed lunches and head back to Nairobi. Your driver could take you to a local restaurant of your choice for dinner (payable direct) and then proceed to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for the outbound flight or to your onward flight to Coast for a beach extension (Optional)
